New machine
My new MacBook Pro arrived yesterday, just in a nick of time, given the sickly sound of my old PowerMac G4’s hard drive. I do have to say that that the setup and file transfer from the old machine was absolutely seamless. Apple really gets user experience, but we all know that: my whole world tranferred from one machine to another in about 2 hours.
Meanwhile, I put my new machine to good use today fixing a disconcerting crasher bug brought to my attention by a user on Friday. It really means a lot when users take the time to send in throrough bug reports. Many thanks to Olivia, and thank you Dan Wood for having posted the code some time ago that I used to solve the problem.
Look for a new release, version 1.52, in the next few days.
